Neeraj Arya's Kabir Café is on a quest to ensure Kabir's verses are accessible and comprehensible through contemporary music to the rest of the world, who are alienated from traditional Kabir folk music.
Simply put, they only perform the verses of Kabir. But they do so using pop, reggae, rock, folk fusion and at times, they even give a Carnatic flavour. Kabir didn't believe in boundaries, why should they?
