Songdew understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you buy any tangible product, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us on our website and as per following terms of service:
We strive to ship all the orders for which the payment is made as specified in the website within 7 working days. In a rare case, if there is any delay, we shall keep you informed of the same.
Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuses to take delivery of the package, and inform our Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org .
We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Songdew doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India in case of tangible products.
The prices mentioned in the website are inclusive of shipping charges unless mentioned separately and clearly.
Any kind of billing error in the invoice must be forwarded to email@example.com. This would ensure that the billing error is verified and any due amount is refunded. Please refer to our refund policy to know more about the same.
