Independent music is still not considered a secure career in India, how did you deal with the conventional thought process?
Well, most of us are engineers,we even worked with multinational software company, Even those jobs are not the secure. I think the only think secure is our belief in our-self along with our hard work and talent. Independent music is growing in India and am sure if we keep giving good music, we don't even have to think about anything else.
What is the inspiration behind your music?
I Feel when a band starts making original songs, most of the time its 'love', either it is starting a love or the breakup. Although everything starts and end with love, but now as we are growing up, we are heading our music to political and social issues also. Making song for Some NGO's to Political issues. We take it as our responsibility.
Who are some of the artists who have inspired your style of music?
If we talk about Indian Music, Since Childhood it is Euphoria, Indian Ocean, Lucky Ali. We not even take them as inspiration but also we are one of their biggest FAN.
Which are some of the most memorable performances of yours so far?
Well every performance is special for us. Although whenever we are on the stage for a cause like social or political issues or it a event that could help some children's in need, I think that is always a memorable one.
What do you think about the changing scenario of Independent music in India?
I think Independent music is the future music. This is what is required the most. This is how international band and artist went to top. If we just stick to some commercial tunes and Item songs. This will bring zero change. Everything should be In limits.
What gives you more satisfaction as a musician- creating new music or performing or jamming?
Well everything starts from our rooms and end up for people listing to us.So i guess creating new music is the best thing. New Tunes, melody's, lyrics. Ones a good song is made. It is forever, Even after we are gone from plant earth.
What is your practice regime? How much do you practice on daily basis?
As a Band Practice is the key. The Most important of all, The more time we give, it gets more fruitful. we meet daily, discuss our music and jam for say 3 hours a day.
Any message for your fans?
We call them friends and connections not FAN"S. Our music is alive because of them, We all set for the new album, worked really hard for it. Hope we win their hearts.
