Redemption by Integrated Legacy is the second song from the band’s debut album. The song talks about how to break from the shackles of mediocrity imposed by our daily life. The song carries the message that each individual should gather the courage to seek redemption from whatever seems to holding them back.
Treading along the path of rock songs that wish to seek a change in our society, Redemption hits all the right notes without faltering.
The captivating arrangements infuse new life into the song. The bit in the song where you feel the full force of electronic guitars and the drums playing in sync, you just wish you can get your hands onto more such magical stuff.
Lyrics gel pretty well with the theme of the song. Vocals are raw and you are able to relate with the singer as you find an uncanny passion in his voice. The rhythm of the song is enchanting and the song slowly grows on you. We would recommend you listen to the song at least twice in one go, so as to feel its full effect.
Brilliantly composed melody which nicely describes the issues we face everyday. The ability to free oneself from all the emotionally draining aspects of life is easier said than done. But in the company of such songs, we know we are not alone on the path to redemption.
